Woolf, Virginia

Virginia Woolf (1882-1941) was an English author, critic and publisher. Her works covered themes of war class and modern British Society. She was regarded as an innovator and active member of the modernist movement of the London Bloomsbury Group. Some of her most famous works include A Room of One’s Own (1929), To The Lighthouse (1927) and Mrs Dallaway (1925). Her books have been translated into over 50 languages and many have been adapted for film and television. Woolf has enduring literary appeal and is a highly collectable author.
