Dylan Thomas (1914 to 1953)
Welsh poet and writer who died prematurely at the age of only 39. His works include the poems “And death shall have no dominion” and “Do not go gentle into that good night“; the play “Under Milk Wood” and stories and radio broadcasts such as Portrait of the Artist as a Young Dog. He became widely popular in his lifetime and remained so after his death.
