A first impression and second state copy of Live and Let Die with an unclipped dust jacket. Three identical states of the true first edition dust jacket were printed for this title with the exception of the one credit statement to the dust jacket designer, Kenneth Lewis, printed on the inside front flap.

Original black cloth boards with gilt imprint on the cover. Rubbed gilt and  lightly grubby boards with very little wear to the corners and boards. Foxing to the end papers and pages and also to the page ends. A few pages have marks and small circular spots on the bottom corner, otherwise generally clean. Tiny tear and fold on pages 51 and 61. The dust jacket is not price clipped. Chipping and wear to the extremities ans small loss to the spine and fold ends. Browned jacket. 8vo 240 pp
