A first edition of S. N. Behrman’s Theatre Guild Play with the rare Art Deco dust jacket, designed by renowned illustrator, F. M. Walts. The play was first presented in Boston in 1929. Original orange cloth boards with black lettering and borders on the boards and spine. Light fading of the top edge. Top edge black. The unclipped dust jacket has some tears on the folds, some of which are repaired internally, and a small loss on the upper cover. 8vo 178pp.
