From a limited deluxe run of 5,000 full-leather copies, this is one of just 2,000 produced in red; the remainder were issued as 1,500 in green and 1,500 in blue. Red leather bound with gilt lettering and illustrations. Re-laid spine with some loss. Light wear to the corners. All edges gilt. Clean contents and numerous illustrations by E. H.
