Reprinted editions from the stereotype plates of the original edition of the books in 1843-48. Each with engraved title pages and illustrations as required. Original pictorial cloth with gilt. Slightly worn with bumped corners. Wear and some fray to the spine ends. Darkened spine and soiling to the boards. Contents are age toned with occasional light finger marking/foxing. Hinge repaired in The Battle of Life and loose in Haunted Man. 8vo
