The Toad of Toad Hall play was adapted from Kenneth Grahame’s story,“Wind in the Willows”. A limited edition on handmade paper numbered 100 of 200 copies published. Includes signatures of the two authors on the copyright page.
Original intact cream cloth boards with a pale blue backstrip. A printed paper label on the upper cover and a spare one tipped in at the back of the book. The lower edge of the boards are lightly browned. Contents are very clean on uncut, hand made paper. Bindings are very good. The dust wrapper is browned with light spotting and light staining. Small loss on the spine end touching the “D” of the title. 4to 9 x 7″ 165 pp
