Two People First Edition by A. A. Milne

£65.00

First Edition

Published by Methuen & Co, London 1931.

A tidy and clean edition of H.G. Well’s third novel complete with dust jacket. A lovely addition to a collection of his work.

Two People First Edition:

Beige cloth hard boards with green and gold lettering plus an embossed decoration. Spine darkened but otherwise the covers are tidy. Contents are clean and bindings intact. 8vo. 364 printed pages.

Dust jacket has minor chips on the top edge. A tiny hole on the faded and marked spine. A little grubby on the back. Protected by a clear film cover.

This lovely novel is one of A. A. Milne’s less famous novels for adults. It is a meditation on marriage and an investigation of where and how the individual fits in. It is a piece of whimsy which considers how two people, who may love one another deeply, can maintain their own personalities whilst also maintaining a meaningful marriage.

This edition is in very good condition for it’s age and would add value to any A. A. Milne collection.
