Original green cloth hard boards. Bright gilt lettering on the spine and imprinted lettering on the front board. Lightly bumped spine ends and lower front corner is bent. Presentation copy stamped on the title page. Light foxing. The blue dust jacket has a darkened spine and ink mark on the front cover. Front colour of the jacket is darkened. Small ink mark on the front cover. 246 printed pages with eight pages of advertisements at the end of the book. Four clean and intact loose pages of advertisements included. 8 x 5″ 8vo.
