Peer Gynt Limited and Signed Edition Illustrated by Arthur Rackham Written by H. Ibsen.
The Norwegian poem, Peer Gynt A Dramtic Poem, was first published in 1867 and relates the life of Peer, a bragger, brawler and womaniser who avoids responsibility, who remains loved by his mother. It is a marvelous tale for Arthur Rackham’s illustrations allowing the inclusion of many hidden trolls in the forests. This edition is a very presentable copy of an antique Rackham work.
