Breakfast at Tiffany’s, A Short Novel and Three Stories by Truman Capote
This copy of the Breakfast at Tiffany’s is in very good condition with a lovely dust jacket. This classic story featuring the main character, Holly Golightly, is one of Capote’s best-known creations. Breakfast at Tiffany’s was originally intended for publication in the July 1958 issue of Harper’s Bazaar. However, the editor was ousted by the publisher, The Hearst Corporation, who requested changes to the novella’s language. After much wrangling over the publication the novella appeared in the November 1958 issue of Esquire. Shortly afterwards Random House published the story alongside three other novellas with rave reviews. The story remains popular and has been adapted for play and film.
