Barbary Shore by Norman Mailer
A very good condition copy with the uncommon green and black dust jacket as opposed to the standard red and black cover. Barbary Shore is Mailer’s second novel about an amnesiac WWII veteran who desires to write a novel. The American writer, Mailer, wrote many novels as well as essays, plays and films. Two of his works were awarded Pulitzer prizes.
Black cloth boards with white lettering on the spine. Previous owner’s signature on the front paste down. Otherwise the contents are clean A few pages are nicked on the page ends. The green and black dust jacket has some shelf wear with chipped spine ends with minimal loss to the spine ends. Colours of the jacket are lightly rubbed in a few places. 8vo 312 printed pages.
